We are looking to employ a sales-driven and target-oriented sales officer to join our growing team. The Sales Officer should be able to effectively manage and maximize sales from new and existing clientele by discovering and pursuing sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals to build up business activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and generate leads.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities to drive sales.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
- Assist set pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Prepare reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Research and prepare tenders for submission.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.
- Answer client product inquiries.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic qualification in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Must be proactive and able to work independently.
- Deliver product training to clients as needed.
- Scientific or healthcare background Preferred.
- Knowledge of Ms. Office [Ms. Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook], various mail clients and web browsers required.
