  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, master’s degree, or MBA.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing and business development.
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior management position.
  • Strong sales & marketing background, including an understanding of strategic and tactical sales measures, marketing portfolio, project management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in responsible roles of B2B sales and personal network in corporate sector.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, business level in French, other language skills and international exposure highly appreciated.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Oversee the company’s sales, marketing & business development activities including project negotiations, national and international market development, and success monitoring in regard to strategic targets.
  • Build and lead the company’s team of sales and marketing associates.
  • Shape and expand the brand of the company and its products which include various electric vehicles and the related digital mobility ecosystem.
  • Develop sales processes and sales channels to assure growth of the company.
  • Develop partnership projects with our off-takers on B2B level like delivery and fleet operation providers in Ghana and in new markets across the continent.
  • Develop market-adequate offerings on B2C and B2B2C level by understanding the customers’ needs, building strong customer relations and working out solutions with our Product Managers, our technical and our financial teams.
  • Achieve sales targets by goal-oriented and effective management of marketing measures and lead processing.
  • Work well with CEO and the management boards in Ghana and Germany to develop and grow the enterprise.
