Sales Girl

We are seeking a Sales Girl to join our poultry farm. As a Sales Girl, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and assistance while shopping at our store. Your friendly demean our, product knowledge, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be key in helping us achieve our sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities:

• Selling chicken and eggs to wholesale and retail customers.
• Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide information about product features, prices, and availability.
• Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best meet those needs. Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, including new arrivals, features, and benefits. Be able to answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Stock Maintenance: Assist in keeping the store well-organized and appealing. Replenish and arrange products on the shelves to maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods efficiently, and provide customers with receipts.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales and enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
• Loss Prevention: Help prevent theft or loss by ensuring security measures are followed and reporting any suspicious activities to the store manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Willingness to learn about our products and stay updated on industry trends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move moderate-weight objects.
