We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through market research, cold-calling, networking, and referrals to build a pipeline of leads.
  • Sales Presentations: Conducting product or service presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits to address their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sales agreements, including prices, payment terms, and contract terms, to close deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets set by the sales manager or company.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understanding customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions and demonstrate how the product or service meets their specific needs.
  • Sales Follow-Up: Following up with potential customers to keep them engaged and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Sales Reporting: Providing regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or management team to track progress and performance.
  • Customer Support: Assisting customers with post-sales support, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying well-informed about the company's products or services, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales Administration: Completing necessary paperwork, such as sales contracts, orders, and other documentation, accurately and on time.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a sales role
  • A Female is preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and connect with customers.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close deals successfully.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and sales processes.
  • Understanding of the products or services being sold and their market niche.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
