The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients, should have robust experience selling enterprise solutions to the Financial Institutions, Telcos, Manufacturing and Retail etc.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Develop positive relationship with clients
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the sales of Enterprise Business Solutions.
- Experience selling any of the following enterprise solutions – Video Conferencing solutions, Microsoft Solutions, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Oracle, Poly etc.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Microsoft Office suite
