JOB PURPOSE
The successful applicant shall be responsible for daily operations including bar operations in the restaurant. He/ She shall maintain high level customer service and satisfaction. The role reports to the CEO.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Supervises operation of restaurant including bar area.
- Effectively delegate jobs and responsibilities to restaurant staff.
- Monitor purchasing of supplies and perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.
- Work with management personnel to plan and organise restaurant events.
- Organise and oversee regular training of all restaurant staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Required Skills or Experience
- HND/Degree in hospitality and Hotel management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Experience in a similar role in a foreign country is required.
- Knowledge about wine, spirits and cocktails.
- Ability to take bar stock as and when required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage management.
