This position requires a keen analytical and strategic mind that is able to absorb large amounts and varied sources of data while having the capability to see beyond the data to provide intelligent insights into the market, competitors and consumer dynamics. Fresh graduates looking to do National Service are also encouraged to apply.

Reporting Level:        Management

Geographic Scope:    Ghana

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Analyze past results and perform variance analysis.
• Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Use Excel functions to organize and analyze data.
• Create charts, graphs, and presentations for leadership teams.
• Develop recommendations to improve business operations going forward.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on relative markets
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched
• Contact companies and agencies who can provide useful data
• Create clear and useful reports and recommendations for organizational use

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Must have studied for a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Other related Social Science Majors.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint database management.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication with concern for quality.
• Effective data and records management.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Easily adaptable to function in a changing, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to manage time appropriately and meet deadlines.
• Ability to keep sensitive business financial information confidential
• Ability to prepare extensive reports and present findings to companies with clear and concise action advice
