The Relationship Officer is responsible for participating in business growth efforts on behalf of the company
Responsibilities
Revenue Target
Officer will be required to scout for businesses from existing and new clients in order to contribute to the achievement of overall business target. A revenue target will be agreed on, achievement of which will attract rewards in form of commission.
Commercial
· Organize and coordinate brainstorms to gather ideas to be used for business pitches
· Prepare and coordinate presentations and meetings with internal and external parties
· Prepare and submit project reports to the head of commercial
· Consolidate and update market data/information on existing and potential clients
· Provide costing input for invoicing
· Provide commercial support to business during performance of projects.
· Co-ordinate and liaise with all departments to ensure client satisfaction
· Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
· Attend networking events and build industry connections in order to facilitate business growth
· Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties as per assigned
Qualifications
· Minimum of BA/BSC degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
· Past work experience in a marketing and event management agency is highly required
. Experience in handling bids and tenders would be a plus consideration
· Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
