The Health Facility Marketer is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the health facility’s services, enhance its brand image, and increase patient engagement. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and engaging with the community to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to develop informed marketing strategies and campaigns.

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the health facility’s goals and objectives.
  • Define clear marketing strategies, objectives, and KPIs to measure campaign success.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the health facility’s brand identity and reputation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.

Digital Marketing:

  • Implement digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, email marketing, social media campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Create and manage engaging online content to attract and educate the target audience.

Community Engagement and Outreach:

  • Engage with the community through health fairs, workshops, seminars, and other events to promote healthcare services and educate the public.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and influencers to extend the facility’s reach.

Patient Experience Enhancement:

  • Gather patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience.
  • Promote positive patient testimonials and reviews to build trust and credibility.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including physicians, nurses, and administrators, to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing or related roles (2yrs minimum)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and analytics tools.
