Our Expectation:
The successful candidates to be selected for this role will be given a working orientation about products of the company as well as on the job training on sales and marketing to subsequently metamorphose into becoming Sales Agronomists within a specified period of time.
Required Educational Qualification and Experience:
The ideal applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agric Engineering or related fields.
A professional qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
Must have successfully completed National Service
Ability to speak French would be an advantage
Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, and PowerPoint)
Candidates must be less than 27 years
Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Must have an analytical approach to work
Must have high numeracy and sound technical skills
Must have problem-solving skills and initiative
Must have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
Must have the ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships in a multicultural environment.
Must be highly adaptable to different environments and must willing to work in any part of Ghana.
