A reputable company in Accra is hiring detailed oriented Customer Service Representatives to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls from clients.
  • Respond promptly clients enquiries via email, phone etc
  • Acknowledge customer complaints and resolve them.
  • Update client database
  • Answer clients questions about products and services.
  • Create long lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum HND or Degree.
