We are looking for a Customer Grievance Officer for immediate employment.

Responsibilities:

  • As the first point of contact for client inquiries, you will resolve complaints and coordinate responses, tracking them until they are resolved.
  • Coordinate with internal product experts to address client needs.
  • Participate in implementing support-related tools and processes.
  • Establish systems and procedures for logging, responding to, and following up on customer complaints.
  • Document client requests and product enhancement requirements.
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Help the team achieve its client satisfaction goals.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
