We are looking for a Customer Grievance Officer for immediate employment.
Responsibilities:
- As the first point of contact for client inquiries, you will resolve complaints and coordinate responses, tracking them until they are resolved.
- Coordinate with internal product experts to address client needs.
- Participate in implementing support-related tools and processes.
- Establish systems and procedures for logging, responding to, and following up on customer complaints.
- Document client requests and product enhancement requirements.
- Build and maintain quality relationships with new and existing clients.
- Help the team achieve its client satisfaction goals.
- Prepare monthly reports.
