Responsibilities:
At a high level, duties of the country manager will include:
1. Embodying and exemplifying the elements of Leadership the GracedLife Way
2. Managing the entire operations of the TGLC office in Ghana, including but not limited to :
a. Establishing systems and structures to ensure smooth running of operations
b. Partnering with program leads to execute our leadership programs
c. Serving all staff, interns and volunteers of the organization
d. Stewards all TGLC resources in Ghana
3. Representing TGLC at key events and stakeholder meetings in Ghana
4. Periodically reporting on TGLC’s activities and operations in Ghana
5. Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of TGLC operations in Ghana
Qualifications:
1. Must be passionate about the mission and vision of TGLC
2. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
3. Must have experience leading people and projects/program
4. Must have great interpersonal and people management skills
5. Must have strong communication skills
