We are looking for the above Staff to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers.
Work Location: Spintex & East Legon
Duties and responsibilities:
– Cooking food in a timely manner.
– Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipments.
– Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
– Delegate tasks to Kitchen Staff
– Monitor food stock and place orders.
– Check freshness of food and suggest new ingredients.
– Ensure Compliance with all health and safety regulations within the Kitchen area.
– Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ need and requests.
Qualifications :
– Proven work experience of the above roles minimum not less than 3 years.
– Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipments.
– Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
– Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.
– Culinary school diploma preferred.
