Channel Sales Manager
Location: Accra
Job Description
-Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans to ensure strategic and financial targets are met.
-Generate and execute commercial strategies including
product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel, policy. etc
-Develop distributor to cover CCTV, IT, and Electronic channels.
-Manager existing chain shops, and keep good relationships with customers.
-Monitor Order/inventory/sales data to identify problems and opportunities.
-Plan and execute channel marketing and promotion
activities to increase sell-outs.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand
awareness, and support
marketing activities including products launch, social media, counter activities, etc.
-Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategy, and promotion activities, then analyze relevant countermeasures.
Job Requirement
-Min. a Bachelor’s degree.
-Familiar with procurement mode of distributor and retails chain. Have rich channels clients resources, and success cases of developing CCTV, IT, and Mega retail independently.
-With 5+ years of experience in sales in CCTV, IT, and Electronics channels, experience in the Smart Home segment will be a big advantage.
-Excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Communication and coordination ability.
-Fluent in English.
-Used to a high frequent
business trips.
