Qualification
• Minimum qualification :SHS
• Computer Literacy
• Data management skills
• Willing to learn with positive attitude
Duties include:
1. Processing sales transactions, tracking customer preferences, and maintaining customer records.
2. Actively engaging with customers through social media platforms, promoting latest collections, new arrivals and special offers.
3. Creating captivating content for social media, including product showcases, styling tips, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of our boutique.
4. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback received via email or social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a tidy and organized store
2. Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and shelves are well-stocked.
4. Assisting customers in finding products, answering inquiries and offering product recommendations.
5. Staying up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and product knowledge.
