We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD and 3D Modeling Specialist to join our architecture firm. The AutoCAD Specialist will be responsible for efficiently creating accurate and precise architectural drawings using AutoCAD software, as well as having experience in SketchUp and Revit software. This role requires strong technical skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects and other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Revise and modify existing drawings as per project needs.
- Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with consultants and engineers to incorporate their designs into the drawings.
- Utilize SketchUp and Revit software to create 3D models and visualizations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, files, and records.
- Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit tools and techniques to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as an AutoCAD Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit software.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural drafting techniques, industry standards, and building codes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings and 3D models.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with architects and other stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
