Qualifications:
1. Universty degree
2. Professional and or Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
3. Skills/capability in any 2 of the following areas:
– Soils & Materials investigations & Laboratory testing,
– Geometric design, structural analysis & design,
– Pavement analysis & design,
– Drainage & hydraulic analysis modeling,
– Surveying, GIS, remote sensing applications use.
