How can I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and return authorization. Once your return is approved, If you are in Accra, We will send a dispatch to pickup the item from your location; Outside Accra or Ghana, you can ship the item back to us using the provided shipping label or instructions. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per our return policy

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
